  • Communication preferences
  • Payment information

Why we collect your data

  • To Deliver Educational Content (Contractual Necessity): When you purchase a course, we process your data to fulfill our contract with you. This includes tracking your progress, grading assignments, and facilitating communication between you and the assigned instructors or third-party expert coordinators who co-manage the specific course you purchased.
  • Send updates and announcements
  • Improve our services
  • Comply with legal obligations

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors, hosting services) under strict confidentiality.

REHVA frequently partners with industry organizations (Collaborators) to co-develop and deliver specialized courses. If you enroll in a co-developed course, the Collaborator’s nominated experts will be granted “Teacher” access to your course environment. This means they will have access to your name, email address, course progress, assignment submissions, and any questions you post in the forums. These partners are strictly bound by a Data Processing Agreement, are prohibited from downloading or using your data for their own marketing purposes, and may only access your data to facilitate the course and provide educational support.

For courses co-managed with partner organizations, the third-party instructors’ access to your personal data and course progress is strictly limited to the duration of the active Training Cycle. Once the course cycle concludes, their access to your personal data on our platform is permanently revoked.
